ForceBrands Announces New Key Leadership, Senior Executive Appointments, and Launch of Strategic Advisory Services

NEW YORK, June 10, 2025 /BUSINESS WIRE/ --

ForceBrands, the leading strategic recruiting partner for the consumer products ecosystem, today announced a significant leadership transition as Founder Josh Wand steps into a new chapter of the company’s growth journey. After 17 years of visionary leadership, Wand has appointed Rob Ganjon as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer.

"Building ForceBrands from the ground up has been the honor of my professional life," said Josh Wand, who will continue to serve on the company's Board of Directors. "The relationships we've built, the careers we've shaped, and the brands we've helped scale represent a legacy I'm immensely proud of. It's time for a new chapter for ForceBrands—one led by a strategic vision that will elevate what we've built and guide the company toward even greater impact in the industry. Rob brings just that and he's a natural fit for ForceBrands—he understands the power of people in driving brand success and brings a modern, strategic lens to talent strategy and organizational growth."

The leadership transition comes at a time of significant transformation for ForceBrands, which today also announced the launch of its Advisory Services division and the appointment of three senior executives:

  • Curt Schwab joins as Head of Advisory Services, bringing leadership experience from his roles as President of Catalyte and head of Advisory Services at Randstad, the world's largest workforce solutions company. A published author and thought leader in AI and organizational transformation, Schwab will drive ForceBrands' expansion into strategic consulting.
  • Britni Prentice steps into the role of Chief Revenue Officer after successfully leading sales teams at Cella by Randstad Digital, where she focused on business development, account expansion, and client retention. Known for building scalable growth systems, she will integrate revenue strategy across all ForceBrands offerings.
  • Tara Burkley has been appointed Director of Partnerships & Community Engagement, leveraging over 25 years of experience in market research and business development. Previously serving as Strategic Business Development Director at New Hope Network, she brings deep expertise to expand ForceBrands' client relationships.

"ForceBrands has earned its reputation as the premier talent partner for high-growth consumer brands," said incoming CEO Rob Ganjon. "I'm honored to build upon this foundation and lead the company through its next growth phase. Our expanded capabilities in advisory services, staff augmentation, and enhanced executive search represent a natural evolution of our mission. We're deepening our commitment to helping innovative companies build the teams that will power their brands and drive scale—from startup to strategic sale and beyond."

To mark the launch of its Advisory Services division, ForceBrands has released a comprehensive industry report titled "Built for Now—or Built for What’s Next?" This benchmark study offers insights on how high-growth consumer brands evaluate, adapt, and future-proof teams to drive their trajectory. The report also reveals systemic team misalignments that impede scale, innovation, and successful exits, providing actionable frameworks for founders, investors, and executives. Early findings from the report reveal:

  • Milestones Are Stalling—But the Signal Is Actionable: 41% of leaders say unresolved team gaps have delayed a major milestone in the last 24 months—whether a launch, raise, or founder transition. Strategic unlock: Treat delays as diagnostics. Every stalled milestone is a chance to re-prioritize, re-scope, and rebuild smarter.
  • Confidence Isn’t Universal—But It Can Be Built: Only 32% of leaders say they’re very confident their current team can support the next stage of growth. Strategic unlock: Confidence grows with clarity. Aligning people, roles, and priorities today creates the conditions for conviction tomorrow.
  • Leaders See the Plateau—And Have the Chance to Act: Most leaders agree performance peaks after 2–5 years in-role. Yet 52% of C-suite leaders say executives are staying too long—and only 15% of founders are preparing for a CEO or President transition. Strategic unlock: Reassessing fit doesn’t have to mean disruption—it means designing roles to evolve as the business does.
  • Succession Planning Is Scarce—But That Gap Is Fixable: Just 13% of companies have succession plans for all top roles. And more than 1 in 10 leaders admit they’ve held someone in place out of loyalty—even when performance slipped. Strategic unlock: The absence of a plan is a starting point—not a failure. A proactive approach to succession is a catalyst for future growth.
  • Transitions Are Already Underway—With or Without a Map: 60% of CEOs expect turnover on their executive team. Another 60% of C-suite leaders say they’re open to transitioning out. And 1 in 5 VPs question whether the current leadership team is built to scale. Strategic unlock: The shift is already happening. Future-ready teams are designing for continuity now—not scrambling later.
  • AI Vision Is High—But Activation Is Early: Nearly half of leaders expect AI to reshape roles and team structure. But only 11% have made structural changes—and just 8% require new hires to be justified against AI alternatives. Strategic unlock: The future won’t wait. The teams that pilot, plan, and experiment now will be the ones shaping what comes next.
